Solvay's off-grade and wide specification
materials for Polypropylene and HDPE.
Managed pricing, shipping, ware-housing and
inventory control at different warehouse
locations around the United States.
- Attendance at
all production, sales and quality control
meetings on a regular basis was manditory and
then reporting back to te vice president of the
company. The attendees would then tell me
how much material of both High Density and
Polypropylene I had to sell and at what price
based solely on the Quality of each Hopper Car
and its ranking. Daily sales of all
Wide-Spec materials would then be reported back
to the Vice President the next day.

salesmen. Managed territory coverage for
the United States in HDPE Specialty Extrusion
including transportation and account pricing
for end-uses such as wire and cable, pipe,
film, sheet and rotomolding grades plus
coatings. As Sales Manager I was also
responsible for the on-going training of each
sales person to include traveling with each
sales person to tactical accounts through-out
the country.
